Terms of Business

Please find Translate Digital Marketing’s terms of business below – please note I offer services to UK- and EU-based clients only.

In addition to the relevant terms of business, a tailored booking form will need to be completed and signed by both Translate Digital Marketing and the client before any work can start. 

If personal or special category data are to be processed, an additional data processing form will need to be completed before work can start, to satisfy GDPR requirements. 

Translate Digital Marketing will collaborate with the client to complete and sign off the relevant forms.
